Thank you for submitting your adventure for 2020! An AWA staff member will be in touch with you once this form has been received, to confirm the details prior to posting the adventure to the website.
Please note that all adventure coordinators are responsible for meeting their fundraising goals by 31 July, 2020. We will be happy to discuss ideas for how to raise funds. We can also provide instructions for directing your sponsors to make their donations online. This will ensure that your adventure is automatically credited with their funds, and that they can have their tax receipts issued right away.
Additionally, we require all coordinators to make a minimum donation of $200 before their adventure is posted. We will be happy to discuss this with you; in the meantime you can go to AWA's secure donation page (opens in a new tab) to get a jump start on this process.
On that page, select "This gift is in support of Adventures for Wilderness", then select "(AWA - Adventures for Wilderness General Sponsorship)", and enter your name (the adventure coordinator) for the participant you are sponsoring.
Adventures for Wilderness
